Edenmill Farm Shop & Smokery

We smoke a wide range of our produce including our beef, locally produced lamb and pork, wild game and venison from the estate. Our methods of smoking come from traditional methods used throughout the years to help prolong the life of any meats. Our smoking techniques also give the added benefit of great flavour too.

We are the only producer of smoked meats in the central belt of Scotland and have already been recognised by local customers as the place to buy quality.

Eden Aberdeen Angus Cattle roam freely throughout the Edenmill Farm estate. Naturally fed and cared for throughout the year Eden beef is one one of the most succulent mouth watering meats you can buy.

Our pork if reared on our farm holding at Kilfasset Farm, Balfron.

Our lamb is reared on our farm holding at Wester Balgair Farm, Balfron.

Edenmill Farm produce their own Aberdeen Angus steak pies, bridies and scotch pies.

Due to the estate we have wild deer roaming freely. We are sure you will be impressed with the texture and flavour of our wild venison steaks, burgers or smoked produce.
